JTD-50 Moisture Sensor for Transformer Oil
The JTD-50 Moisture Sensor for in transformer oil adopts advanced moisture and temperature detection devices, which can continuously, accurately and rapidly detect the trace moisture content and temperature in insulating oil, lubricating oil and other oil products under harsh environments. This sensor measures the dielectric constant of the oil-water mixture by the capacitance method and measures the oil temperature through the built-in temperature probe. Then, the embedded software calculates and obtains the moisture content in the oil based on the calibration curve. It has successfully solved the industry problem of simultaneous online monitoring of the micro-moisture content (100 ppm) in oil and can be widely used in online monitoring occasions for high and low moisture content in many situations such as transformer insulating oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gearbox oil, diesel engine oil, generator oil and turbine oil.
