The JTD-530 Transformer Multi-component Oil Spectral On-line Monitoring Device adopts photoacoustic spectroscopy or near-infrared spectroscopy measurement and vacuum degassing technology. It uses physical methods to replace chemical sensors, enabling the monitoring of full - component data of seven conventional gases (CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, H2, CO, CO2), total hydrocarbons, and micro - water in transformer oil. It features a fast acquisition speed, high monitoring accuracy, and can conduct continuous monitoring.
The system is equipped with an expert diagnosis function, including the three - ratio method, gas -generation rate analysis, cube-graph analysis, and historical data analysis methods. It can comprehensively analyze transformer faults, thus achieving on-line monitoring of the internal operating status of the transformer.
