JTC-100 transformer core grounding current on-line monitoring device
The JTC-100 transformer core grounding current on-line monitoring device is a multifunctional comprehensive core monitoring product independently developed by Nanjing Jiuwei Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. It is applicable to transformers with external grounding wires for the core/clamping parts.
The device adopts a high-precision zero-flux through-core current sensor, which can monitor the magnitude of the core grounding wire current in a timely and accurate manner, reflect the changing trend of the grounding current of the core/clamping parts, and conduct continuous, real-time and on-line monitoring on the grounding current of the core/clamping parts.
Through the on-line monitoring of the core grounding current, faults such as internal insulation dampness or damage of the transformer, multi-point grounding of the core, foreign objects in the tank, and sludge deposition in the oil tank can be detected in a timely manner. It can achieve early prevention and early treatment of latent accidents and provide a reliable technical basis for the condition-based maintenance of power transformers.
